Please read these terms carefully before using Legacy Teacher Prep. These terms govern your access to and use of our digital platforms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Legacy Teacher Prep website, content, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
02 Eligibility
Legacy Teacher Prep is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
03 Services Provided
Legacy Teacher Prep provides digital educational materials and exam preparation content through an online platform. Access is provided via a monthly subscription and is delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
04 Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
- Payment is charged automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
05 Refund Policy
48-Hour Satisfaction Window:
If you are not satisfied within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund of your first payment by contacting hello@legacyteacherprep.com.
This satisfaction window applies only to the initial subscription charge and does not apply to renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
Pass Protection Guarantee:
Legacy Teacher Prep offers a Pass Protection Guarantee for the TExES Core Subjects EC–6 (391) exam administered by Pearson on behalf of the Texas Education Agency (TEA). This guarantee applies only to the first official attempt taken after achieving the qualifying 90% score.
- The student must complete the required course components.
- The student must score 90% or higher on the Legacy Final Practice Exam.
- The official Pearson-administered TExES EC–6 (391) exam must be taken within 30 days of achieving the 90% score.
- The student must submit an official Pearson score report (PDF or screenshot from Pearson showing exam date and result) showing a non-passing result within 7 days of receiving exam results.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 2 months of the official exam date.
- The subscription must be active at the time of the official exam attempt.
Legacy Teacher Prep reserves the right to verify course completion and exam performance using internal progress data before approving any refund.
All refund requests under the Pass Protection Guarantee are subject to manual review to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Terms. Approval is at Legacy Teacher Prep’s discretion based on the eligibility requirements above.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Refunds are limited to a maximum of two monthly subscription payments.
- The Pass Protection Guarantee may only be used once per student account.
- The 48-Hour Satisfaction Window and Pass Protection Guarantee may not be combined or stacked.
- Refund eligibility is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Except as expressly stated above, all sales are final. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon subscription, refunds are limited to the conditions outlined in this section.
06 Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, text, graphics, and resources provided by Legacy Teacher Prep are the exclusive property of Legacy Teacher Prep. You may not:
- Share login credentials with others.
- Distribute, resell, or copy content.
- Publicly display materials or use them for commercial purposes.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
07 Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to access restricted areas without authorization, interfere with platform functionality, or use the service for any unlawful or abusive purposes.
08 Disclaimer
Legacy Teacher Prep provides educational support only. We do not guarantee specific exam results, certification outcomes, or employment placement. Results depend on individual effort and external testing conditions.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Teacher Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10 Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
