Yes — Legacy Teacher Prep includes a Pass Protection Guarantee for the TExES Core Subjects EC–6 (391).

If you complete the required course components, score 90% or higher on the Legacy Final Practice Exam, and do not pass the official Pearson-administered TExES EC–6 (391) exam (on behalf of the Texas Education Agency), you may qualify for a refund.

This guarantee applies only to your first official exam attempt taken after achieving the qualifying 90% score.

To be eligible:
• Your subscription must be active at the time of your official exam attempt
• You must take the official exam within 30 days of scoring 90% on the final practice exam
• You must submit your official Pearson score report within 7 days of receiving your results
• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 months of your official exam date

All requests are manually reviewed to confirm eligibility. We may verify course completion and qualifying score using internal progress data. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Refunds are limited to a maximum of two monthly subscription payments and may only be granted once per student. The Pass Protection Guarantee and the 48-Hour Satisfaction Window may not be combined. Refund eligibility is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

For full details, please refer to our Terms of Use. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Use control.
Yes. If you are not satisfied within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund of your first payment by emailing hello@legacyteacherprep.com.

This 48-Hour Satisfaction Window applies only to the initial subscription charge and does not apply to renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
No test preparation program can guarantee an outcome for every individual. Our materials are designed to support strong preparation, but exam performance depends on factors such as study consistency, exam readiness, and testing conditions.
If you cancel, you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period. After that, access to the course materials will end.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments. You may re-subscribe at any time.
You can continue your subscription and revisit the material to reinforce weak areas before your next attempt.

If you meet the eligibility requirements, you may also qualify for our Pass Protection Guarantee (see above for full details).
